My XP farm in Fallout 4 with Wasteland Workshop DLC

With Idiot Savant at Rank 3 you get lots of XP with this method. Rank 3 is best taken when Intelligence is high, as the chance to proc Idiot Savant is low and you get the most XP per proc.

The Rag Stag cages are easy to repair, as they require carrots (besides other common materials). Their meat repair the yao guai cages, whose meat repair the deathclaw cages. The gunners cages just require caps to repair, and they give very good XP.

The whole building was done on Spectacle Island. The killing is optimally done with an explosive minigun, all ranks of heavy gunner, lone wanderer, bloody mess, demolition expert and idiot savant with high/max intelligence. You have to proc idiot savant on the first enemies, but it's easy enough with few tries even with 1% chance of proc'ing.
