Path of Exile 100% Delirium T16 Elder Map - Deathless with 5 ritual altars, Blight, lots of breaches

This is my ultimate Delirium Map run after finishing my build roughly 15 months working on it.
Before, 12 reward stacks was the maximum, now 13 is guaranteed because of the ritual altars, more breaches and the new watchstone properties.
