0:05 Mechanic didn't mention what kind of vehicle this was, but looks like it might be an Acura MDX, either way, that's scary! Lucky nobody was in the passenger seat.
0:25 Not a Mercedes you see everyday, no wonder it had some electrical issues and a water leak with that customer back window.
0:39 Another shop installed rear shocks and springs on this 1997 Buick LeSabre but they didn't mention anything about the rusty/broken subframe, ouch.
0:51 Was told by another shop they need front struts for their KIA Rondo, but they actually need a new subframe. The mechanic mentioned that this is a common thing he has seen on this KIA's.
1:01 Vehicle (Ford Ka) came in because it was making a weird noise while driving. The mechanic found the spare tire held up with a coat hanger and making quite the annoying noise.
1:17 The mechanic didn't mention what kind of engine and what the issue was, but it looks to be a 7.3L Powerstroke and from what I've seen, this has happened due to oil cooler/oil cooler gasket failure.
1:29 They also mentioned that some body panels on this SUV will also need to be repainted. The customers insurance company also didn't want to write off the vehicle. Lucky they had the windows up!
