Housing Market Forecast 2022 - Property Market Update

Housing market update for 2021 and property market forecast for 2022. What will happen to house prices this year and in 2022. What will have the biggest impact on property demand and supply over the next year. These are some questions that I try to answer in this video.

The economic factors that impact housing prices and supply include GDP, employment, Inflation and Interest rates.
