Argentina’s housing crisis is part of a global issue, they have the same issues, increased costs, lack of supply, people having issues with Airbnb, landlords etc and over-regulation. Argentina's issues are compounded by an off-the-scale inflationary pressure and political unrest.

But has Argentina just provided a working case study to help solve the housing crisis around the world. .

After the Rent Law was dismantled in Argentina a few weeks ago, the Supply of apartments in the city of Buenos Aires has already doubled; the critics may suggest that some of the supply is be because landlord are evicting bad tenants but a lot of the supply is coming back from airbnb and vacant units, and prices have already dropped by 20% in a few weeks.
