The Track of Hurricane Sam (2021)

Hurricane Sam was a long-tracked major hurricane that formed in mid September, and lasted all the way into early October. The storm peaked as a Category 4 as it slowly moved through the Western Main Development Region of the Atlantic basin. The storm was a Category 4 for a long time, reaching a peak of Category 4 intensity on several occasions. Overall, the land impacts from Sam were minimal.
