WHAT I EAT IN A WEEK & WORKOUTS \\ WEEKLY VLOG \\ plant based & healthy

hiiii everyone, this weeks video is a combination of a healthy what I eat in a week and a weekly vlog with a 25 minute workout and some pilates thrown in. I go to Manchester a couple of times so there's lots of coffee, açai bowls, tempura, vegan kebabs but there's also lots of healthy home cooked meals, like carbonara, lemongrass curry, lots of Thai food and soooo many yummy snacks. WORKOUT DETAILS:
For lower body:
4 x circuits, 5 minutes each, superset the two exercises, 10 reps of each (10 on each leg in some cases), as many sets as possible.
For abs:
30 seconds of each exercise x 2 rounds
