30 Minute Strength + Cardio Total Body Workout | One Dumbbell Only
You will need a mat and one dumbbell only for today's workout. Everyone will vary with their weight selection, I'm recommending around 10lbs, but you may need to go lighter or heavier depending on your individual fitness level. This workout is low-impact and has no jumping except for the last exercise. I had planned to make it no jumping entirely but then got slap happy at the end (I realized it like 20 seconds into the exercise lol) To make this workout 100% low-impact/no jumping, make sure to step back and add a calf raise for the very last exercise (exercise 20). After a quick 5 minute bodyweight warm-up, we will go 1 minute on, 15 seconds off for 20 different exercises. I demo the upcoming exercise during the recovery. You can do the exercise with me to get the mind-muscle connection and form down, or take a break/drink of water.
