Vlog3-AJ Ellison-Cheat Meal-Shoulder Workout
As promised I'm sticking to my plan this year to put out 1 video per week on youtube. This is Vlog #3. What do you think I should call my vlog series? Taking suggestions. If I use your suggestion for my vlog series I'll send you either my chest or shoulder pdf program from my website.
This was suppose to be a cheat meal and shoulder workout vlog but my camera guy fell asleep at the dinner table and didn't capture any footage of the glorious cheat meal we had! LOL We had some bomb ass nachos to start and then we had the orange chicken as the main course. I say we not because we shared it but he just copied my order. Then we headed to the mall because he signed up to do a week long step challenge with his co-workers (which is why he was passed out at the table) so I joined him to keep him company while he walked. Dude put in an imaginable number of steps which ultimately led to his victory but it messed him up pretty good. Anyway we finished off our cheat meal with a bit of ice cream and cookies... Which he got on film.
Shoulder Workout:
Seated DB Presses (2 warm up sets x10) 5x10
Machine Presses 5x10
DB Lateral Raises 5x10
DB Rear Flys 5x10
Cable Upright Rows 5x10
Crazy 8's (DB circuit of front&lateral raises, rear flys, upright rows, standing presses 8 reps each) 3 sets
