AJ Ellison - “I Don’t Have Time” Is A Weak Excuse

This year I opted to compete in 4 shows (in 6 months) beginning my preparation the day my son, Courage was born. Balancing being a dad, husband and business owner life can get super hectic. I wanted to show my clients and my followers that when u want something bad enough u fit it into ur hectic schedule by any means necessary. I also wanted to show that even with many obligations and responsibilities I can still compete at a high level. Time management (and of course the drive) is key to reaching levels most can only fathom.
