60 MIN FULL BODY - Strength & Cardio HIIT + EMOMS + CORE FINISHER, 1 HEAVY WEIGHT - LIVE WORKOUT 201

Saturday Crazy Train Full Body HIIT 8:45AM CST. By popular demand we have 6 blocks of strength & Cardio HIIT (40 second strength followed by an unloaded 30 second cardio). Each block is a S-C-S-C which we do twice before moving onto our next block. Then we have 2 EMOMS (Strength & Cardio) and finish everything off with a CORE FINISHER! Mark and I will both have 1-25lb. for this ride! This is our mid -heavy weights!
