Getting My Splits in 14 DAYS (NOT FLEXIBLE)

*please don’t rely on this video to increase your flexibility, this is what worked for me but I do have a dancing background and I get pushed by my teachers in China EXTREMELY hard, safety first!!*

Hi friends ♡

Even with a dance background, I've always considered myself as a member of the stiff community. The last time I remember being somewhat capable of pushing myself down into a full split was when I was 9 or 10 👧🏻 BUT NO LONGER SHALL THAT BE!! I challenged myself to get my splits back in 2 weeks, and...gotta say. I'm pretty proud.

虽然有学舞蹈的背景,个人还是非常非常的硬。上次能做一个完美的劈叉应该就是我9-10岁的时候,可是现在得改变了!!这次挑战自己两周把劈叉功下来。。。必须得说,我很自豪😤
