Hi mplusmfamily fans, I have a new bread recipe to share with you all!
Cream cheese raisin bread. A recipe for 8 pieces of medium size bread that is perfect for anytime and any occasion =)

Dough:
Bread flour 160g ( split into 2 bowls)
Rye flour 60g ( split into 2 bowls)
Instant dry yeast 3 Tbsp
Castor sugar 3 Tbsp
Water 140ml
Salt 1/3 Tsp
Unsalted butter 20g
Dried raisin 100g

Stuffing:
Cream Cheese 100g

Topping:
Rye flour 1 Tbsp

Simple to make, knead using bare hand, and have fun with your friends and family in the process and enjoy the result.
