I made my favorite cookies "Tau Sah Piah" and really amazed with the result! It is really delicious even though I use unsalted butter to replace pork lard.
Tau Sah Piah lovers, you should give it a try! Easy ingredients, fun process, it is one of the best activity to do with your family while staying at home or during MCO!

350g split mung beans (green beans without skin) - steam for 30-40 minutes
150g sugar
5 tbsp fried shallot oil
2 tsp salt

Water dough:
180g plain flour
35g icing sugar
70g unsalted butter
65g water

Oil dough:
120g plain flour
60g unsalted butter
