the healing archives is a series where i talk openly about my grief and share whatever i'm currently working through in regards to my grieving process. i filmed this right after a grief group session, which felt bittersweet because it was the last one. it was an 8-session grief group. feeling like i wanted to share what was present in my field this day.

my grief group was through didi hirsch, but they only offer grief groups to people who live in LA. if you're wanting to be apart of a grief group, look online "grief groups in my area", ask therapists in your area, i'm sure there's an online grief group you can join.
