the healing archives 003: It's been a month

TW: suicide, grief.
my mom died by suicide on january 11th, 2020. my dad passed away unexpectedly on july 26th, 2017. my intention in sharing these vulnerable and transparent videos is to 1. help others be vulnerable with their emotions and know that it's ok to feel deeply and 2. help others in their grief process. also sharing like this really helps me process.
the healing process is ongoing. life is not meant to be easy. our souls come here to learn and grow and evolve. it's up to each of us as individuals how we react to the tests and trials that we're given in this life. i believe in you. follow the light. it is already here. within you. trust it.
