Ingredients:
4-6 Lobster tails (depending on how many cooking for/or can use whole fresh lobster)
1 bunch of spring onions
1 thumb of ginger - peeled, sliced
2 tbsp Shaoxing rice wine
5 tbsp chicken stock (or water/fish stock)
Cornflour to dust
1 tbsp potato starch - slacked with water
YumYum seasoning or MSG
Enough oil to deep fry Lobster
