数理脳科学セミナーシリーズの概要:
計算論的神経科学、情報幾何等様々な業績で知られる甘利先生による連続トーク.
第二回は、「統計神経力学と多層ランダム神経回路―信号伝播とFisher情報」でお話頂きます.

概要:
ランダム結合の神経回路は、大規模回路の特性を知る便宜的な方法として1960年代に日本とロシアで導入された、古い歴史を誇るものである。これが近年深層学習の層状ランダム結合回路として注目を浴びている。ランダム回路の近傍に任意の最適解がるという、驚くべき事実が明らかにされたからではある。ここでは、統計神経力学(ランダム神経回路)の歴史をたどるとともに、深層回路網の信号伝播の幾何学と、誤差伝搬の幾何、そしてFisher情報行列を計算し、自然勾配学習を含めたその周辺を総括したい。
