Perfect Pinoy Protein Pancakes | Pinoy Diet Pancakes
In this video I show you how I make my diet protein pancakes.
1. 50g Oats
2. 1 Egg
3. 3-4 Egg Whites
4. 50g Banana
5. 50ml Milk
6. 1 Scoop Protein Powder
7. 10g Peanut Butter
3 Pancakes
Calories: 580-620
Protein: 53g
Carbs: 62g
Fats: 18g
If you will be making bulking pancakes pwede damihan ingredients (eggs, oats, bananas, peanut butter etc.) and pwede mag add ng mga chocolate syrups and other fruits. Enjoy!
