BurCam 3/4 HP Pressure boosting/Shallow well jet water pump | Full Installation and Operation.

This video is to help a client who suffers low pressure to their home. They requested that they need something to increase their pressure without being to expensive. I found the solution being BurCam 3/4hp was just right for the job. Costing just a little above 200usd this little pump gets the job done. Before purchasing the pump please check the item description to ensure the equipment can work in region in regards to voltage and frequency.

For the installation a few items would be need for the installation which is shown in the installation manual but I will still post. Items needed to complete the job was:
(6) 1"inch Male Adapter
(1) Roll Teflon Tape
(1) Small Tin PVC cement
(1) Length of pipe
(2) Pressure reducing Valve (optional)
(1) Pipe Wrench
(1) Pressure Gauge (3/4 hose bib to check by stand pipe)
(1) Pipe cutter
(6) Coupling (optional)

Please note this installation can be done with different types of pipes for use of different material just substitute with the listing above and use the additional tools necessary to finish the job.

After your finish installing the pump there is some things you should take into consideration which is in the instruction manual but will share none the less. The inlet pressure should NOT exceed 20-25 PSI. The discharge pressure has a maximum pressure of 85 PSI. Please note if the inlet pressure exceeds 25 PSI the a pressure reducing valve should be installed on the inlet to reduced the pressure to the recommended pressure. On the discharge as explained above the pressure from the pump while operating is 85 PSI. If this pressure exceeds what you require a pressure reducing valve should be installed on the discharge and regulate the pressure going to the dwelling home/establishment. Placing a pressure reducing valve went on the lines will not cause any damage to the pump.

Once the steps above is followed you should have a good pressure going to your home.
