YOGA ASANA K50 # HOME WITH MASTER KAMAL

A unique method of training yoga called ‘AUT’ (asana under tension). In this session, you perform 2 or more groups of asana (postures ) for 50 seconds which involves proper execution of asana, steadiness, proper breathing, focus, and attention that benefits alignment, mobility, stamina and develops clarity and focus. Towards the end of the session, you would be performing kapalbhati (cleansing n energizing breathing ) and alternate nostril breathing to enhance life force energies for total wellbeing
