30-Minute Barre Workout to Recenter Your Mind and Body
Join fitness and meditation instructor Nikki Nie for a special workout that is just as much a work in as a workout, in honor of Mental Health Awareness Month. This 30-minute barre routine focuses on recentering your mind and body, so you’ll be sure to stop and take some deep breaths throughout. You’ll start with a quick warmup that will get your body moving and jump right into barre-inspired moves like pliés, battements, and so much more! Nie also incorporates a little cardio to get your heart rate up with a series of small jumps. Feel free to take off your shoes if you’d like to feel more connected to the ground and your surroundings.
