Orange syrup 糖渍香橙
5+ slices of Orange 5片橙皮片
110g Sugar 糖
350ml Water 水

Swiss roll cake 瑞士蛋糕
4 egg yolks 4个蛋黃
30g Sugar 糖
55g oil 油
70g Orange syrup 橙子糖水
85g cake flour 低筋麵粉

4 egg whites 4个蛋白
40g Sugar 糖
