On Sunday, a fast moving clipper dumped 3-5" of snow across the region which lead to traffic snarls and reduced visibility. Video includes a plow, people walking in snow, a vehicle into the median of I-90, cars slipping and sliding exiting an establishment in Girard, PA, and also a couple people clearing snow with shovel/snow blower. All shots are from between Girard, PA and Conneaut, OH.
