The emergence of a "story" that had interwoven itself into every aspect of my life.
The story of being a victim.... where it came from, the benefits of keeping that story alive and why I clung to it for so long. Followed by a realization that the power to change was simply a choice to let the story go and the beautiful connection uncovered once the narrative of the victim was acknowledged and released.

Shrinking the distance between the head and the heart through connecting with a higher power.
