Poland: 'Teacher' and Saree? Students are shocked! Karolina Goswami’s experience as a guest teacher

To improve the way India is perceived and understood in Poland, one of the most effective ways that I have discovered is to educate the future generation by engaging them in an academic setting, and I have been doing this for many years now.
On this particular occasion, as a 'guest teacher', I was invited to engage with these kids who come from an underprivileged background. Frankly speaking, I was very impressed by their intelligence and the interest that they showed in learning about India. And of course, the kids didn’t expect me to wear a saree, and some of them were very surprised by this.
