Bernarda waits for Emilio and assures herself, if he succeed in task given by Isabel, to confuse drugged Manuela. They are interrupted by coming of aunt Gabriela. Aunt Gabriela observes and senses, that Emilio did something, which lowered his physical and mental strength. It is something regarding to Isabel. Aunt Gabriela, without proofs, tells Emilio, what is actually happening, hidden Isabel manipulates and destroys live of Manuela. Than, aunt Gabriela walks away to watch Manuela. Manuela is drugged, overdosed, but after a while, she can, with difficulties, recognize aunt Gabriela. Manuela asks her for bringing Fernando to help. Fernando came home and Emilio has to quickly find excuse, why he attended Salinas' residence. When the topic turns into Manuela's health condition, aunt Gabriela appears. Bernarda gives orders to Luisa how she has to give Manuela the medication. Luisa doesn't know, that's order to keep Manuela drugged, overdosed. Luisa gives Manuela her "medication". Aunt Gabriela tells them her opinion, which is different from opinion of psychiatrist Leonardo. Manuela shouldn't be separated and alone, Manuela needs presence of loving members of Salinas' family, especially Fernando. So Fernando decides to visit Manuela in the bedroom. Emilio and aunt Gabriela continue in talking and both leave Salinas' residence. Fernando visits delirious Manuela. He can't believe, how bad Manuela is. She consider herself as Isabel and thinks, that Manuela is dead. This was caused by Emilio last night. In the library, Fernando tells to psychiatrist Leonardo, what he observed during visiting Manuela. Leonardo tells, that Manuela isn't insane, she is in crisis. Leonardo is worried, that something went very wrong with the medication, which should Manuela use. Bernarda, with the cups and kettle with tea, tries to listen as much conversation between Fernando and Leonardo. Fernando tries to get rid of Bernarda, but when Leonardo asks, who is responsible for Manuela's medication, Bernarda confesses, that's she. In kitchen, Felisa, Cella, Lorenzo and Luisa are having dinner. They talk about Manuela, but the topic quickly turns into Lorenzo and who is his life partner. Bernarda enters and orders Luisa to move in library, where she will explain, how did she give Manuela the medication. Lorenzo has suspition, that Bernarda will try to get rid of Luisa by blaming her of bad medication usage. Leopoldo and Teresa discuss the name of their baby. If girl, it will be Luisa, not the maid, but mother of Leopoldo. If boy, it will be Fernando. Leopoldo asks Teresa to persuade Fernando to offer him job in one of the company in Salinas' consortium. Teresa is pleasantly surprised, that Leopoldo is taking his role as father seriously. Luisa explains, how did she give Manuela the medication, the drops. It means five drops in half glass of pure water. Leonardo will stay over night and Luisa is new only one responsible to give Manuela her medication. Rudy doesn't feel well, because he doesn't know, what's wrong with Manuela. When Elisa heards her name, she wants to spend night in hotel, but changes her mind and tries to seduce Rudy. Leonardo carefully observes and talks to drugged Manuela, Luisa witnesses. Manuela consider herself still as Isabel, which was caused by Emilio last night. Luisa makes telephone call in Elisa's flat. In flat, Elisa fails in seducing Rudy due to call, which Elisa quits with "Sorry, wrong number!" The phone rings once again. Fernando and Leonardo enters the library and Fernando hears Rudy's voice from phone. Fernando becomes angry and Luisa tells Lenoardo, that Fernando is jealous just like Cella. Leonardo laughs. In restaurant, Mariana is resuming her favourite movie. Antonio listens and glosses Mariana's talk. After a while, Mariana asks, if Antonio will invite her in his flat.
