This song was written in summer 2022 and is dedicated to our Newcastle grandparents, as it was premiered at their golden wedding anniversary. It came from conversations about getting older, memories, about what's important in life, about what we look back on, and how we try to remember and support one another - even when things are tough. But we aimed for a folky summer vibe, and trying to capture a bit of the sunshine that we've shared in past holidays.
