Upgrading Espresso Gaggia to Classic Specification

In this video we look at the opportunity to upgrade a Plastic Fantasic Espresso Gaggia to the equivalent spec as a Gaggia Classic. The Espresso Gaggia in stock form is a basic espresso machine but it has some upsides, decent size boiler on a brass group with a brass portafilter. As it was a lower cost machine ex-factory it lacks a 3 way solenoid valve on the group. With this in mind, and a spare Gaggia Classic group and solenoid in the workshop, I set about upgrading this plastic Gaggia to make it truly FRANTASTIC ;) I hope you enjoy the video.
