Do you know someone who always seems to be right? In this video we are talking about the task focused introverts. Their coolness derives from their need to have everything in order, so 'warming them is all about delivering what you have to say in the most concise and validated way.

If you live with someone or know someone who is super organised, with an obsession around planning and organising, someone who loves labels and storage solutions and can never have too many lists, they are more than likely a blue, the task focused, introvert.

Blues are motivated by Protection, in their mind, ‘if a job is worth doing then it’s worth doing properly’. A blue is very happy to delve very deep to ensure that everything is 100% correct.

Blues are reserved. Remember they are introverted people. In other words this means that they are happy focusing on their internal thoughts and feelings, rather than what’s going on around them.

Blues certainly have all the right answers. They just seem to know everything and have no problem in backing up their knowledge with facts, figures and unrivalled proof. In fact it’s really hard to challenge a blue because their research and reading is legendary. They will give you a very fair, unbiased and accurate assessment and use a rational approach when making a decision.

They can be criticised for being cold and unfriendly, but in fact Blues are very honourable and honest, remember they are task orientated, so they really struggle to lie. So if you ask a blue, ‘does my bum look big in this?’ be prepared for the absolute truth…well as they see it!
