How cheating your Zwift workouts changes your training.

Sometimes your prescribed workout might be too hard for you and you will be tempted to turn down the resistance so that you can, at least, complete the workout.

If you are new to this you should check your FTP stats are correct, that resistance is set correctly etc etc. If you are happy with that, then this podcast will discuss the issues and hopefully help you make a good intelligent decision.

What is your aim? Does the prescribed workout address that aim? If you turn it down will it still achieve that aim or does it become something else and suit another purpose.

We also discuss the rules of interval training, and being dedicated and prepared for the most important workout of the week. We also touch on types of workout for age as well as aims. Although they are strongly related.
