1 tsp chili powder - 1 peso
1 tsp paprika - 1 peso
1 tsp pepper - 50 centavos
3 tsp salt - 1.5 pesos
1 tsp cumin - 1 peso
3 tbsp brown sugar - 1.5 pesos
70 grams tomato paste - 13 pesos
1/2 cup water - 50 centavos

Salsa | Yield 20 to 22
1/2 kilo tomato - 50 pesos
4stalks green onions - 3 pesos
1/2 red onion - 2 pesos
2 pcs green chili - 1 peso
Pinch basil - 2 pesos
Parsely - 8pesos
2 cloves garlic - 1peso
1/4 tsp ground cumin - 50 centavos
1/2 tsp sugar - 30 centavos
Salt and pepper to taste - 50 centavos

Cheese Sauce | Yield: 12
2 tbsp margarine or butter - 5pesos
2 tbsp All purpose Flour - 1 peso
1 pack All purpose Cream - 58 pesos
1/2 cup quickmelt cheese - 20 pesos
1/2 tsp salt - 30 centavos
1/2 tsp pepper - 30 centavos
2 tbsp cheese powder - 3pesos

Nachos - 130 pesos 500grams.

750 ml microwaveable tub - 7pesos each
Small size aluminum pan - 4 pesos each

Toppings
Cabbage 10 pesos
Tomatoes - 10 pesos
Cheese - 8pesos
