2. Jumping squats - 4 x 8
3. Overhead plate jumping alt. Lunges- 4 x 14 total reps
4. Single leg deadlifts - 3 x 8 per side
5. Good mornings - 4 x 10 reps
6. Kettlebell swings - 3 x 10 reps
7. Pike press-ups - 3 x 8 reps
8. Pull-ups - 3 x 10 reps
9. Iguana press-ups - 4 x 14 total reps
10. Corkscrew - 4 x 14 total reps
