30 most effective Landmine - Pivot exercises for the best Core Training and Full-Body Workout

These exercises are the best when it comes to Working out with a Landmine - Pivot. Training becomes way more effective when you implement these movements into your fitness program. In this video I will show you a variety of core and full body exercises to increase your strength and conditioning. Use these movements in your program in 3 sets of 30 seconds (beginner) or 45 seconds (experienced) when you want to get more stamina. If you want to increase your strength, try to put some more weight on the barbell and workout in 3 sets of 15 reps (muscle conditioning) or in 3 more heavy sets of 8-10 reps (muscle growth).
