This new home tour of 2021 features some of our well known design elements! From the reclaimed wood coffered ceiling design to the shiplap fireplace with a mantel, this home showcases everything a Fixer Upper lover would want in their home. This Modern Farmhouse new build has so many touches that make this project stand out. The hand drawn pantry door design on frosted glass, the X framed island and light box, the mudroom bench and built ins, and shiplap walls in the master bathroom just to name a few. Our client's dream was to have a custom new build that they could call their forever home and we were thrilled to be part of their new chapter!
