These homeowners initially called us to expand their split level home, but after looking at their wish list and budget, we came to the conclusion that it made more sense to start over with a farmhouse style new build! The clients also saw some reclaimed wood beams in one of our previous projects and it quickly became their top wish list items for their new navy blue kitchen. We knew when we saw a stunning navy blue subway tile it was going to be the main contributor to this blue color house design! To continue the new construction home tour, the kitchen also features a reclaimed wood kitchen island, two tone kitchen cabinets, and of course, the blue tiles design for the backsplash. The theme goes throughout the first floor with a blue accent wall and a farmhouse style fireplace with shiplap, and blue walls with white wainscoting in the dining room.
