Bechamel Sauce - NoRecipeRequired.com

Bechamel sauce (also called a white sauce) is one of the five mother sauces of French cooking. In this quick demo I use a roux and some milk to make a bechamel, seasoned with some nutmeg and parmesan cheese. I use this sauce as a base for my macaroni and cheese, as well as some traditional Greek dishes like moussaka - but it has a lot more applications.
