Who doesn't love French Fries? Perhaps my favorite comfort food, and one of the most common you'll get when dinning out, they are not all that common at home. However, making French Fries at home is a ton of fun...and with a bit knowledge and practice not that hard to make.

The French Fries I made here where for a Steak Frites dinner I had with my friends and they were a big hit...of course when aren't fries a bit hit!! Obviously they'd go great with burgers, dogs, or just about anything else.
