Spinach Salad is one of my favorite ways to start a meal. There are a ton of different variations to choose from, and the spinach salad, I show you here is simple to make, tasty, and light. I like to use baby spinach, with a bit of feta cheese, and crisp bacon. To bring the whole salad together, I use a basic balsamic vinaigrette, that it's as easy to make as it is tasty.
