Scoring Sourdough Bread - Quilted Pattern Tutorial

Hello everyone! Here is another bread scoring tutorial and I hope you enjoy it! I will show you how to score a sourdough boule (round bread) in a way that will allow it to not burst but still expand well in the oven. This is a high hydration bread at 78%, made with about 30% whole-wheat flour and without commercial yeast.

I will use my own thread method to help maintain symmetry for an elegant, even pattern.
