Hot baths can help your workouts
Exercising or playing sports in hot and humid conditions can be dangerous. You should get your body ready for the heat. But here is a novel way to acclimate to hot weather - take a hot bath right after your workout. Studies have shown that lounging in a hot bathtub or sauna for at least half an hour a day after a workout, repeated for multiple days in a row, raises your core temperature, heart rate and sweating, and it allows you train and perform easier in hot conditions.
