How to Get in and Out of a Sit Ski for Paraplegics

This is a quick video demonstrating how to get in and out of a sit ski. The hardest part is getting over the bucket wall.

Not all sit skis will look like this, but the general method still applies:
1. Make sure someone is holding it or you have it secured/stable
2. Move your feet to where you want to go
3. Lift and twist into the chair
