Singapore Otters
This short film was shot entirely on an iPhone X when I happened to chance upon the Singapore Otters at Kallang Riverside Park in Singapore during an evening bike ride. This family of smooth coated otters was first spotted around 2014 in the Singapore Marina. They were known as the Bishan 5 - there were 5 of them at the time. The family has since grown.
The smooth coated otter is classified as a critically endangered species in Singapore. The growth of this family is seen as an indicator of the success of Singapore's greening policy.
If you're lucky, you might get to catch a glimpse of these otters along the Kallang or by Gardens by the Bay.
