New Zealand in Time Lapse The Land of the Long White Cloud

It is the youngest country in the world and the most recently settled landmass by humans. New Zealand is one of those locations where one goes to get away from it all, yet is close enough to reconnect. The natural beauty of this enchanting nation of two small islands in the South Pacific is unparalleled. It has become a destination for movie production for studios large and small, and beckons to both extreme sports junkies, and people who would like to experience a slightly slower pace of life.
These are glimpses of life in the Land of the Long White Cloud.
This short film was made from 17,495 individually shot frames, and a few movie clips that have been accelerated over a 10-day trip. They were shot using a Sony A7R, a Sony A6000, a GoPro HD Hero 3, and an Apple iPhone. The Sony cameras were used with a Samyang 14mm f/2.8 ultra-wide lens, a Samyang 8mm f/2.8 fisheye lens, a Sony 28-70mm f/3.5 lens, and a Sony 55-210mm f/4.5lens.
