Preparing for Success in a Challenging Job Market: Sourav Roy's TED Talk on 'Being Work Ready, World Ready' Offers Essential Insights and Strategies for Landing a Job During Tough Economic Times. Sourav Roy, an International Broadcast Journalist with 20 years of experience at TRT World, BBC, and Al Jazeera, now a Professor at Chitkara University and Managing Editor of The Financial World. He's been an international communications director for the UN, WWF, and others. As a broadcaster, he's hosted global science and tech shows. Sourav trains MPs in media strategies for The Konrad Adenauer Stiftung, and recently, Thai government officials and university students. He's also coached editors worldwide for the World Association of Newspapers. As a communication specialist, he consults with companies on SDG and circular economy advocacy.
