Dr Rajat Grover has completed his PhD with a thesis on “Impact of Positive Psychology on Indian Youth and Education”. He is a passionate and result-oriented HR professional with 20+ years of experience. He has been part of 5 organizations from their nascent stage and has proven ability to enhance employee experience and scale up businesses from scratch. He is a multitasker, go-getter with a solution-oriented approach. He has successfully conceptualized and implemented complex, high-impacting HR projects, organizational restructurings, and change management initiatives.
Being an SAP HCM Functional Consultant, he has excellent knowledge of digitization and digitalization. He firmly believes in a paperless HR Department with maximum usage of automation, robotic processing and artificial intelligence. One IP has been granted to him, and another IP grant is under process. On his academic front, He has completed BCom in Management and holds three post-graduations along with a PhD.
