My 5am morning routine to getting lean and shredded isn't what most people will typically do. Not many people are willing to wake up at 5am to achieve things that they thought weren't even possible. By setting yourself up for success and having a solid routine or set of habits you do every morning, you will not only be creating your own lane and path in life, but you will always create solid discipline that cannot be broken. Understand that whatever you do in the morning to achieve whatever goals you have set for yourself, you will be guiding yourself in the right direction. Stay focused and never forget why you started your morning routine in the first place.
