I have seen so many videos lately from other real estate investors telling us to get ready for a massive crash in 2021. I decided I had to give my take on the subject. I have been an agent and investor since 2002 so I went through the last crash. I have sold thousands of houses, I own 180k square feet of rentals, I have flipped over 200 houses, and I have written 9 books so I know a thing or two about real estate!

In this video, I go over what happened in the last crash and how it is similar but not the same as the real estate market now. I also talk about all of these subjects in great detail!
