This can be a warm up for exercising, the cool down of down regulating your nervous system afterwards that will speed up your recovery & also a fully worthwhile endeavor all on its own.

If you’re not spending time on the ground you’re missing out on the benefits of the functionality of getting up & down from the ground.

The safety your body feels when it is on the ground - lying on a sofa or bed is completely different for your nervous system - it’s an evolutionary safety thing-

How you move on the ground determines & reflects how well you move in all other aspects of your life.

Play with these feel good semi circles to get started - not all hip & spinal flow mobility drills feel this good!!!
