There are so many health benefits to walking more that focus on our physiological needs & what walking changes, and it’s all good stuff!

But walking does more than that.

It allows us to NOTICE more things.

To take in the world at the speed that we evolved to.

To connect our other senses in how we map the world around us.

I love cities that you can walk in & that offer bikes, public transport, spaces & places to walk.

An 8 mile London walking day. And so many memories revisited!

I don’t want to live in a big city again but I’m always happy to visit!!!
